Great Venue
We attended the Packers vs Jags game this past weekend. Being avid fans and Owners of the Green Bay Packers, us Titletown Natives tend to travel often to see our team play. I have to say this is one of my favorite "away" venues that I have ever visited. The stadium is in a lovely location with plenty of bars, dining & hotel options along the St. John's river. Every local we had come in contact with were super friendly, very excited for the game and had treated us with hospitality and respect. The stadium itself is well-kept, modern and efficient. Even though it was 9/11, security did a great job of keeping the lines moving and there were not long wait times for really anything except for the water --- which to no fault of the venue as it was a blistering hot day. We sat in the 405 section. We could see the plays and the field very well. The Home fans were courteous and respectful during the game. Even when the game was over, (and the Packers had won in a very close victory) the Jag fans were awesome and many of them thanked us for coming. It is a bummer that my team only comes here once every 8 years, as I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this stadium. Excellent performance by the staff for keeping everyone moving, the clean appearance of the stadium and great hospitality shown. Great job Jacksonville!
